Grilled Japanese Mushroom Salad with Crispy Bacon
The third dish of my homey “Chef Selection” is Larb with grilled Shimeji & Eringi mushroom and crispy bacon.
I love using different types of mushroom in my cooking. It gives different taste, aroma and texture to the food. And since my son also love to eat mushroom. I usually add mushroom in most of my food too.😆
I made 2 versions of this salad today, one is with spicy Larb dressing and another is with soya dressing, none spicy dressing for my VIP customer. 😊
