Clear soup with pork ribs and vegetables
This soup is our all time favorite because it is so easy to make. Despite the basic ingredients, it’s full of flavor, and you can use all sort of vegetables with this soup.
Ingredients:
500 grams pork ribs
1.5 liters water
1 small Chinese radish
4 small carrots
4 Chinese cabbage leafs
1 large spring onion
4 big cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper corns
1 tbsp salt
