Century Eggs in Krapaw Sauce

Have you ever try the century egg? 

Most people are scared to try it because of the color and the jelly texture of egg (brown) white.😄 For me, I love the creaminess of the century’s yolk. My favorite century egg dishes are Pad Krapao century egg and rice congee with century egg.

The reason I picked this dish as the fifth dish in my chef selection menu is because I want to encourage people to give it a chance and try this strange looking egg. And I think it is best if you try it for the first time in a tasty dish, like Pad Krapaw, so you are not too focus purely on just the taste of the eggs, but experience it as a great dish with special ingredient.
