Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade with Sparkling Water

What do you prefer between iced tea and lemonade?
I like good homemade sweet iced tea. But at the same time, I also like lemonade with a kick of sparkling water.
Butterfly pea flower always gives a fantasy color to foods, drinks and dessert. I like to use it as a coloring source, mainly because it is a nature base color. And also because it doesn’t have any effect to interfere with the original taste and aroma.
